It doesn't matter what you pay for a suit.
If it doesn't fit, it won't look good.
Alexander Bironi handmade suits are designed to offer a tailor-worthy fit the first time you put them on. We've spent years measuring, testing, and adjusting to get the fit just right. Here's what gives our suits their edge:
AN ADJUSTED FIT ACROSS THE CHEST
Our suit jackets fit snugly across the chest, but are never constricting. The result is a crisp, flattering silhouette.
A HIGHER ARM HOLE
To eliminate the extra fabric that plagues many suits, we raised the armhole slightly, for a position that more accurately matches your body.
A SLIGHTLY TAKEN-IN WAIST
The outline of a suit jacket should follow the natural shape of your torso. That's why we've brought in the waist for a more tapered appearance.
Too many suits out there have baggy sleeves. We've kept our sleeves slimmer, but still wide enough to accommodate your dress shirt.
Two Incredible Fits, for Every Kind of Build
Some people think a perfect-fitting suit requires an additional trip to the tailor. We beg to differ. Because our suits are designed to offer that same sharp and professional tailor-worthy fit the first time you try them on.
The Alexander Bironi House Style, our Standard, is designed to create a sleeker and more flattering silhouette on men of normal stature and build.
A slight taper in the jacket, and a narrower cut in the sleeves and the pants make this fit ideal for those who like their suits on the slim side.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I BUY IF I'M A SMALL? 36 OR 38?
It really depends on you. If you own a size Small product and find that the fit is snug, you should go with a 38. If a Small is too big on you, you can likely go down to a 36. The same goes if you are a Large and deciding between a 42 and a 44.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LONG AND SHORT LENGTHS?
A Standard Fit regular 40 (M) blazer has a 29.75" body length and a 34.5" sleeve length.
A long is 1.5" longer in the body and has 1" longer sleeves.
A short is 1.5" shorter in the body and has 1" shorter sleeves.
SHOULD I CHANGE SIZES WHEN ORDERING SLIM OR STANDARD?
We recommend keeping the same size when switching between Slim and Standard. The difference between the two is a personal preference on fit. Slim Fit has a more tailored look, where Standard Fit has slightly more room. All of our fits are much less boxy than most retailers.
